Alisha Davis (she/her) is an English Language Arts teacher at Topeka West High School. A Kansas native, Davis grew up in Emporia, Ks, attended Emporia State University, and then moved to Topeka to start her teaching career. She holds a Master's Degree in Creative Writing and Literature for Educators from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Davis participates in a weekly grassroots writing group, Kansas Writers, Inc., and she is also a Fellow with the Flint Hills Writing Project. Davis loves the art and craft of writing and feels the only thing better than writing itself is sharing that passion with others.
