Kayla Sandusky

Kayla (she/her/hers) believes that being involved in the arts is very important, especially for the young and very young! The arts offer a wide variety of learning, self-expression, and encourages creativity for all at any age. Kayla is currently a student at the University of Kansas working towards her B.A. in Theatre Performance. She is a professional commercial and theatrical actor and can be seen in various commercials around the United States. She is also currently is a member of American Immersion Theatre and travels around the midwest to perform in various shows. She has been teaching theatre in the Lawrence, Ks. and Kansas City, Mo. area for over 5 years now, and is excited to continue teaching her passion. She has been accepted into the KS/MO Kennedy Center Partners in Education training program for the 2019/20 year and is stoked to serve as a resource for K-12 educators throughout the Kansas City-Metro area that want to integrate the arts into their non-arts curriculum.
